This Chef menu was prepared by Tomáš Popp. Originally a chef who focuses on modern trends in gastronomy with a focus on regionality, seasonality and high quality of ingredients. Tomáš brings to gastronomy the theme of the interaction of lifestyle and the environment, the support of the local economy and the sustainability of the landscape.
Tomas loves cooking, but he also focuses on ingredients. He operates Farmers 'Stores in the Pilsen Region, and coordinates the best farmers' markets in the Czech Republic. He started operating them in 2010 with organic harvesters. He simply connects farmers and excellent food producers with chefs.
In 2016, Tomáš took over the leadership of the National Team of Chefs and Confectioners. In 2018, he and the team won a world competition in Singapore. The same year, the team managed to finish eighth at the World Cup in Luxembourg.
