Calin spends much of his life on tour

A different city, a different hotel, a different backstage. You’re always on the move, always dealing with something, and almost every day you have to decide all over again where and what you’ll eat. At first, it’s nice to have something new to choose from every time. But after a while, there comes a point when you no longer want to keep searching. You want to have your own go-to.

In the US, Calin discovered an irresistible combination of juicy chicken tenders, liquid cheddar and pickles in a bun.

A meal he loved coming back to and wanted to have within reach on his travels too. When cities and hotels keep changing around you, it’s nice to have at least one thing where you know exactly what to look forward to.

This memory is what gave rise to his baguette, created in collaboration with Bageterie Boulevard. His own version of a dish he genuinely loves, one he’d order himself after a concert, take along in the car, or grab somewhere on the road.
