The 36-year-old sous chef at a prestigious hotel is heading to Hell's Kitchen Czechia with one goal in mind – to win. He likes everything about the kitchen, but most of all he likes being the one who directs others, which comes naturally to him thanks to his years in a leadership position. He is used to stress, even though he is hot-headed.
